*We?re Hiring an Assistant Manager at Below The Belt in The Centre Mall* Below The Belt is looking for an *Assistant Manager* to support the Store Manager in leading the team, driving sales, and creating a strong in-store experience. This is a key leadership role where you?ll help build a motivated team, support daily operations, and contribute directly to the store?s success. *What You?ll Do* * Support the Store Manager in daily operations and overall store performance * Help drive sales and consistently work toward achieving store targets * Lead by example on the sales floor and support the team in reaching goals * Coach, train, and develop staff on customer service and product knowledge * Create a positive, team-focused environment * Maintain store standards, merchandising, and visual presentation * Handle cash reconciliation, daily paperwork, and administrative tasks * Support loss prevention and ensure company policies are followed *What We?re Looking For* * Minimum 1 year of retail leadership experience (supervisor, keyholder, etc.) * Strong sales mindset with the ability to motivate a team * Excellent communication and leadership skills * Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask * Positive, reliable, and team-oriented attitude * Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment * Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset * Comfortable being on your feet and handling day-to-day store tasks *What You?ll Get* * FREE monthly clothing (Full Time) * 40% employee discount * 25% discount for family members * Annual 40% family discount * Health & dental benefits (Full Time) * Paid vacation * A supportive, team-focused work environment * Opportunities for growth and development Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $18.50 per hour Benefits: * Casual dress * Dental care * On-site parking * Paid time off * Store discount * Vision care Work Location: In person- Location Saskatoon, SK
