Listowel Ford is looking for a Sales Consultant to join our high-performing team. We provide the training, tools, and support you need to thrive ? plus access to inventory from three dealerships to boost your sales and earnings. *What You?ll Do* * Assist customers in selecting vehicles that fit their needs and budget * Present and demonstrate Ford?s full vehicle lineup, including EV models * Guide customers through the sales and financing process * Build long?term relationships through exceptional customer service * Collaborate with Sales Management and the F&I department * Stay current on Ford product offerings and industry trends * Leverage inventory from Listowel Ford, Listowel Chrysler, and Listowel Honda to offer customers increased choice and availability *What You Bring* * Valid Ontario G-class driver?s licence with clean driving record * OMVIC licence (or willingness to obtain) * Sales or customer service experience preferred * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * A positive, professional attitude * A customer?first, team?oriented mindset *Why Work With Us* * Access to inventory from three dealerships, increasing sales opportunities * Ongoing training and professional development * Supportive, people?first team culture * Opportunities for advancement within the Ravelle Group * Work with a trusted, locally recognized automotive brand Pay: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year Work Location: In person- Location Listowel, ON
