This role requires excellent customer service skills, and remaining composed during peak hours. *Responsibilities* * Ensuring a high standard of customer service and safe environment * Assist manager in fostering a positive work environment. * Utilize POS systems effectively for transactions, inventory management, and reporting. * Ensuring that all processes, duties are completed to standards. * Communicate effectively with team members to ensure clarity in goals and expectations. *Requirements* * Proven experience in supervising or a similar role. * Punctuality * Proficiency with POS systems and retail sales processes. * Experience in customer facing roles * Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with staff and customers effectively.
