*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining high standards of food safety, and leading a team to deliver exceptional dining experiences. *Responsibilities* - Supervise and coordinate front of house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders - Ensure efficient restaurant operations during service hours - Uphold food safety standards and regulations - Manage reservations and seating arrangements - Train new employees on service procedures and customer interactions - Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints promptly and professionally - Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth flow of service - Oversee inventory management for front of house supplies *Requirements* - Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food industry - Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction - Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations - Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team - Familiarity with restaurant operations and reservation systems - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment Join our team as a Front of House Manager and be part of a dynamic restaurant environment where your leadership skills will shine!
