*Overview* We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Framer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and be proficient in building, restoring, and finishing structures according to specifications. This role requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to read blueprints, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work in a safe and efficient manner. *Responsibilities* * Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials. * Use power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials. * Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols *Skills* * Proficient in carpentry with hands-on experience in building and restoring structures. * Strong knowledge of power tools, including saws, drills, and nail guns. * Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents accurately. (not a must willing to teach the right canidate) * Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. * Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
