Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Group home. Tasks: Accompany patients on outdoor recreational activities. Assist with cleaning, sterilizing, setting up and assembling of medical equipment. Perform other duties related to patient care and comfort. Supply and empty bed pans. Serve meal trays and feed patients. Weigh, lift, turn and position patients. Make beds and maintain patients' rooms. Supervise patients' exercise routines. Bathe, dress and groom patients. Transport patients in wheelchair or stretcher. Answer call signals to determine patients' needs. Collect specimens. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Nursing Aide Certificate.
