<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p><b><strong>Bilingual Sales Advisor - Arabic Speaking North York, Toronto, ON - On-site Full-time, permanent $40,000 - $50,000 base plus commission</strong></b></p><p><br /></p><p><b><strong>ABOUT EDUGLOBAL</strong></b></p><p><br /></p><p>EduGlobal is a Canadian education and funding consultancy in the Greater Toronto Area. We help people already living in Canada - citizens, permanent residents and protected persons - get into education they thought they could not afford.</p><p><br /></p><p>We find them the right program, guide them through provincial student aid so the funding is in place, and walk them through admission at one of our partner career colleges. We also work with short courses, certificate programs and language training. Most of our clients are mature students: career changers, parents returning to work, people retraining into healthcare, business and skilled trades.</p><p><br /></p><p><b><strong>WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS</strong></b></p><p><br /></p><p>There is a large, settled Arabic-speaking population across the GTA - many of whom arrived through resettlement, rebuilt from nothing, and are now in work well below what they are capable of. Retraining is affordable for them. Most do not know it.</p><p><br /></p><p>We are hiring an Arabic-speaking Sales Advisor to have that conversation properly.</p><p><br /></p><p><b><strong>WHAT YOU WILL DO</strong></b></p><p><br /></p><p>Sell ? Work qualified leads from our marketing, and build your own pipeline through community networks and referrals ? Run consultations by phone, video and in person - qualify, understand the situation, recommend the right program ? Explain funding clearly and honestly so clients know exactly what they are signing up for ? Close. Convert conversations into enrolled students ? Hit monthly targets and grow your numbers</p><p><br /></p><p>Own your files through to completion ? File student aid applications with clients during live screen-share sessions ? Collect and chase the documents each file needs ? Coordinate with our admissions team and partner colleges to confirm enrolment ? Track your files through approval and disbursement ? Keep your records accurate and report daily on your numbers</p><p><br /></p><p>There is no separate officer picking up your files behind you. Your work on a file is finished when the client is enrolled and their funding is approved.</p><p><br /></p><p>Build reach in your community ? Become the person people come to for education and funding questions ? Build referral relationships - community organisations, settlement services, employers, places of worship ? Represent us at community events ? Tell us what is working in your market. You will know it better than we do</p><p><br /></p><p><b><strong>WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR</strong></b></p><p><br /></p><p>? Fluent in Arabic and English. Levantine or Iraqi dialect is an asset given the communities we serve ? A real sales background - you have carried a target and hit it ? Street smart. This is not a scripted call-centre job. You read people, find the opening, build the relationship ? Hungry to earn. The strongest advisors take home significantly more than base ? Organised enough to run your own files without being chased ?
