*Job Overview* We are seeking a dependable, motivated Restoration Technician to join our growing team. This position includes after-hours and on-call emergency response and involves water, fire, mold, and asbestos abatement services. If you?re ready to work hard and help people recover from property damage, we want to hear from you. *Responsibilities* * Respond to emergency service calls, including evenings, weekends, and holidays * Perform water extraction, structural drying, and fire/smoke cleanup * Conduct mold remediation and containment setup * Assist with asbestos removal and abatement in compliance with all regulations * Set up containment barriers, negative air machines, and HEPA filtration systems * Remove damaged materials (drywall, flooring, insulation, etc.) * Follow proper PPE and safety procedures at all times * Document job progress with photos and detailed notes * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site * Communicate professionally with homeowners, property managers, and insurance representatives *Qualifications:* * Ability to work flexible hours, including after-hours/on-call shifts * Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and perform labor-intensive tasks * Comfortable working in confined spaces and wearing respirators/PPE * Valid driver?s license and clean driving record * Strong work ethic and positive attitude * Experience in restoration or construction preferred (training available) *Certifications (Preferred but Not Required):* * IICRC courses * Asbestos Worker/Supervisor Certification *What We Offer:* * Competitive hourly pay + after-hours/on-call pay differential * Overtime opportunities * Paid training and certification assistance * Career growth opportunities * Company vehicle during shifts (if applicable) * Supportive team environment *If you?re dependable, safety-focused, and ready to grow in the restoration industry, apply today!* Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour Benefits: * Casual dress * Company car * Company events * Dental care * Extended health care * Life insurance * On-site parking * Paid time off * Vision care Licence/Certification: * Driving Licence (required) Work Location: On the road- Location Gloucester, ON
