Located at 342 King Street in South Barrie, our academy is dedicated to providing top-quality martial arts instruction for individuals of all ages, fostering personal growth and excellence. *Job Description* *Job Title*: Taekwondo Instructor *Terms of Employment*: Permanent, Part Time or Full Time *Salary*: $18-25 per hour depending on experience *Location*: South Barrie, ON *Key Responsibilities*: * Teach our Standardized Curriculum to participants and athletes of all ages * To teach Taegeuk Poomse and Taekwondo movements * Enforce safety rules and regulations * Assist with co-ordination of special events *Minimum Qualifications* * Must be a minimum of Kukkiwon 1st dan (official certificate and/or dan card must be provided) * Must be proficient in World Taekwondo Poomse (Taegeuk 1 - Koryo) * Experience MUST be in WTF - World Taekwondo Federation (the style that is in the Olympics). This is the style that is worldwide in over 206 countries * *Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:* -must be a team player and be able to guide, facilitate, support students in training in a high paced, busy environment -must be physically fit, flexible, demonstrate at a high level the techniques and skills of a certified Kukkiwon Black Belt in Taekwondo. * *Employer:* KING TAEKWONDO Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour Ability to commute/relocate: * Barrie, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Work Location: In person- Location Barrie, ON
