Primary Care</h1> <p><strong>Location:</strong> Brampton, ON<br/><strong>Job Type:</strong> Full-Time (30?40 hours/week)<br/></p> <p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Nurse Practitioner</strong> to join our busy Primary Care Clinic in Brampton.</p> <h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul><li>Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)</li><li>Fully certified Nurse Practitioner</li><li>Independent licence to practice in Ontario</li><li>Previous primary care experience preferred</li><li>Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills</li></ul> <h3>Responsibilities</h3> <ul><li>Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions</li><li>Order and interpret diagnostic tests</li><li>Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans</li><li>Provide preventive care and patient education</li><li>Complete approximately <strong>10?20 phone appointments</strong> and <strong>10?20 in-person appointments</strong> per clinic day</li><li>Maintain accurate EMR documentation</li><li>Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care</li></ul> <p>We offer a competitive hourly rate, a supportive team environment, and the opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population.</p>- Location Brampton, ON
