*Part-Time House Cleaner - Join a Small Team That Actually Cares* *Justine?s Cleaning Services | Calgary, AB* If you?re someone who takes pride in doing a really good job, notices the little things, and likes working with a friendly team, we?d love to hear from you. We?re a small, locally owned cleaning business that has been servicing Calgary homes since 2017. We?re not a huge company where you?re just another employee - we know our cleaners, we appreciate their work, and we genuinely care about creating a good place to work. *We?re looking for a part-time cleaner to join our team starting in October, with approximately 25?30 hours per week.* *What makes working with us a little different?* $21/hour to start - after 3 months, pay increases based on performance, with current rates up to $23/hour. Travel time is paid - your time getting from one job to another counts. No evenings or regular weekends, unless you actually want extra hours. Tips from our clients - our clients are pretty generous! Free lunch once a month and little perks. A genuinely supportive team - we help each other out. If you?re having a tough day or need a hand, you?re not on your own. Consistent work - we have a steady base of wonderful regular clients. *What we?re looking for:* We?re looking for someone who: \* Has a valid driver?s licence and a reliable vehicle \* Is dependable and takes their work seriously \* Pays attention to detail and takes pride in a job well done \* Is comfortable working independently as well as with a team \* Is friendly, respectful and comfortable working in clients? homes \* Has good communication skills \* Is physically able to do the work involved in residential cleaning \* Has previous cleaning experience (preferred, but not required for the right person) And if you?re a dog or cat lover, that?s definitely a bonus. Our clients have plenty of furry family members! *A little about us:* We?ve built our business mostly through word of mouth and long-term clients. That means the people we clean for are important to us, but so are the people doing the cleaning. We?re looking for someone who wants to become part of our team, not just pick up a few random cleaning jobs.
