As we continue to grow, we are looking for a *General Accountant* to join our Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented accounting professional who enjoys working in a dynamic manufacturing environment and contributing to business performance through accurate financial reporting and analysis. *Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will:* *Key Responsibilities* * Maintain accurate financial records, reconciliations, and general ledger accounts * Prepare monthly financial statements, consolidations, and variance analyses * Support month-end and year-end close processes * Perform margin, cost, cash flow, and financial performance analysis * Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and intercompany transactions * Process payroll, commissions, bonuses, and royalty calculations * Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and bank covenant reporting * Support GST/HST, PST, QST, U.S. sales tax, and other regulatory filings * Coordinate with external auditors, tax professionals, and regulatory agencies * Provide financial support to bidding, contracts, insurance, and operational teams * Assist with ERP system maintenance and finance process improvements *What You'll Bring* * Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Business * Minimum 3 years of progressive accounting experience * Strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles * Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, lookups, and data analysis * Experience with ERP systems (Epicor is an asset) * Experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments preferred * Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams *Why Arconas?* * Join a growing, globally recognized Canadian company * Work in a collaborative and innovative environment * Be part of a team that designs products used by millions of travelers worldwide * Competitive compensation and benefits * Commitment to diversity, inclusion, and employee development *If you are looking to grow your accounting career with an industry leader, we would love to hear from you.* Apply today and help shape the spaces where the world travels.
