*Job description* MetalCor Building Systems is a high quality, best in service metal building systems provider. Our commitment to excellence is our number one priority when servicing our customers. MetalCor provides the necessary professional advice, providing our customers with high quality interior locker installation. We are looking for an construction installer to aid in the installation of metal interior lockers inside multi-storey storage facilities. The following are required as a basic, additional metal install training will be provided. *Job Duties* * Read and interpret plans, instructions, blueprints, structural drawings, rough sketches, and specifications to determine work activities. * Demonstrates the ability to work as a cohesive team to achieve predetermined milestones. * Complete construction activities alongside Construction Labourers and /or Construction Operators as per project needs * Demonstrates the ability to perform layouts and forecast any issues that may impact the installation process * Demonstrates the ability to calculate quantities of material required to perform the assigned task * Follow the health and safety protocol as outlined by MetalCor Building Systems * Forecast equipment, labour and material needs to ensure efficient production daily. * Report vehicle defects, accidents, or damage to vehicles/equipment to management * Load, unload and identify building materials, according to project plans and specifications. *Job Requirements* * Highly motivated and result-driven with proven skills * Post- Secondary diploma/College diploma in construction related field is an asset * Comprehensive understanding of construction * Ability to operate required equipment in a safe and responsible manner * Effective time management, verbal and listening communication skills. * Ability to read building specifications and blueprints * Mathematical skills and analytical skills necessary for construction. * Must possess a valid driver's license * High level of sound and independent judgement and reasoning * Strong attention to detail * Valid Working at heights certificate is preferred *Work Location:* On the road (GTA and Southwestern Ontario) *Benefits* * Wage dependent on previous experience * Extended Healthcare, vision care and dental * Employee perks and company events *Licence/Certification:* * Working at Heights Certificate (required) * Driving Licence (required) MetalCor is a rapidly growing company with great potential.
