Part-Time Pharmacy Assistant *Sauble Beach, Ontario* Experienced in Community Pharmacy? We?d Like to Meet You! We are looking for an experienced *Part-Time Pharmacy Assistant* to join our team in Sauble Beach. This position is ideal for someone who already has *Ontario community pharmacy experience*, is confident with *Kroll*, and is comfortable working in a *paperless pharmacy environment*. We are looking for someone who can step into the pharmacy workflow with confidence, accuracy, and a positive attitude. What You?ll Do * Accurately enter prescriptions, refills, transfers, and patient information into *Kroll* * Work efficiently within a *Kroll paperless workflow* * Assist pharmacists and registered pharmacy technicians with daily pharmacy operations * Assist with prescription preparation and workflow * Process third-party billing and assist with resolving billing issues * Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient profiles * Assist with compliance packaging and other pharmacy services * Provide friendly and professional service to patients * Answer phones and assist with patient inquiries * Assist with inventory, ordering, receiving, and organization * Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient pharmacy environment * Follow pharmacy policies, procedures, privacy requirements, and Ontario regulatory standards What We?re Looking For *Required:* * Previous experience as a *Pharmacy Assistant in an Ontario community pharmacy* * Strong *Kroll* experience * Experience with *Kroll paperless workflow* * Excellent prescription data-entry accuracy * Knowledge of Ontario pharmacy practices and third-party billing * Strong attention to detail * Ability to work efficiently in a busy pharmacy environment * Excellent communication and customer-service skills * Reliable, dependable, and professional Why Join Our Team?
