This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your skills while contributing to a vibrant salon atmosphere. *Responsibilities* * Perform professional haircuts, styling, coloring, and treatments tailored to each client?s preferences and needs * Provide exceptional customer service by listening carefully and offering expert advice on hair care and styling options * Maintain a clean and sanitized work area in accordance with health regulations * Upsell retail hair care products and additional salon services to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales * Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments * Stay current with industry trends and techniques through ongoing education and training * Foster positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals *Qualifications* * Proven experience in hair styling, coloring, and cutting techniques * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients * Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in a salon environment * Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining professionalism * Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients and team members * Experience with retail sales and front desk operations is preferred but not required * A valid cosmetology or hairstylist license as per local regulations Join us to be part of a lively team that celebrates creativity, innovation, and outstanding service.
