*Position*: Dentist *Start Date: *November 2026 *Scheduling:* 2 ? 3 days of availability including Saturdays 16-24 hours/week Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturday preferred *Compensation*: $130,636.23 to $289,982.93 per year. _*Associates compensated on a fee for service basis. Remuneration is 35%-38% of productions.*_ *Organization* REACH is a Community Health Centre in East Vancouver, established in 1969 to provide high quality integrated health care to area residents. The Centre provides dental and medical services, has a pharmacy and a wide range of preventative programs. *Position Summary* The REACH Dental Clinic, a leader in dentistry since 1969, is dedicated to providing top-quality oral care services in a friendly and inclusive environment. We operate as a social enterprise, relying on patient fees and private donations to support our mission. The dentist, collaborating closely with our dental team, is responsible for delivering comprehensive dental treatments, emergency care, patient education, and oral health promotion activities. Serving a diverse patient base, the dentist plays a vital role within our interdisciplinary community health center team, committed to enhancing the oral health of our community. The dentist reports directly to the dental manager, ensuring accountability and excellence in care delivery. *Qualifications* * Registered and has a current license with the B.C. College of Oral Health Professionals. * At least two years of recent and extensive experience in a large dental practice. * Experience working in a community dental clinic or in a public health environment an asset. * Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with patients and staff in a community clinic. * Ability to speak a second language is an asset. *Applications for position:* Please send your expression of interest in the form of an email with attached current resume and cover letter to jobs@reachcentre.bc.ca.
