*Job Summary* Job Summary: As a dedicated and skilled HVAC Technician on our service team, you will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings. You will be expected to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards. *Responsibilities* * Respond promptly to service calls and provide timely solutions to HVAC issues. * Diagnose and repair HVAC problems, systems, and related appliances. * Conduct routine inspections of HVAC systems and perform preventative maintenance. * Provide accurate estimates of repair and installation costs to customers. * Maintain detailed records of services performed and parts used. * Ensure compliance with HVAC codes and safety standards. * Educate customers on proper maintenance and usage of HVAC systems. * Maintain a clean and organized work area, including company vehicle and tools. * Participate in on-call rotation for emergency service requests * Maintain a professional appearance and good hygiene. * Lift and handle heavy materials and equipment as required. *Skills* * Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in HVAC system installation and repair. * Proficiency in reading schematics, technical diagrams, and construction plans. * Skilled in plumbing, welding, boiler operation, and appliance repair. * Construction experience is a plus for understanding building infrastructure requirements. * Familiarity with maintenance procedures for mechanical systems and equipment troubleshooting. * Mechanic experience with various tools and diagnostic devices essential for effective repairs. * Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while adhering to safety protocols.
