*Overview* We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Outside Sales Representative' team. The ideal candidate is a dedicated, outgoing individual with sales experience who is eager to grow, learn, and contribute meaningful value to Harry's Home Comfort. *Responsibilities* - Attend 6 to 8 in-home appointments - Conduct home comfort / energy assessments using our Harry's Home Comfort assessment checklist - Negotiate contracts and close deals with potential clients - Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain strong client relationships - Help qualify homeowners for rebates, incentives or government programs available. - Utilize our CRM tool HubSpot to manage and update files, track leads, and sales activities. *Experience* - Experience in sales or a related field - Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to speak French is a plus *Schedule: *Monday - Saturday (Preferred) Must own a vehicle and have a valid drivers license. This position is 100% commission only and FULL TIME Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $88,100.00-$144,044.76 per year Experience: * HVAC: 1 year (preferred) * sales: 1 year (required) Licence/Certification: * Driving Licence (required) Work Location: On the road- Location Barrie, ON
