<div><strong>A Day in the Life:</strong></div><div>This permanent full-time entry-level role involves managing the processing and payment of parking, toll and traffic violations. Customer service tasks involve corresponding with customers and preparing packages with details of infractions charges.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>What You?ll Do:</strong></div><ul><li>Process and pay parking, toll, and traffic violation online through municipal and provincial portals.</li><li>Perform data entry and maintain accurate records when processing payments and customer refunds.</li><li>Respond to internal and external inquiries in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>Provide detailed responses to customers regarding parking, tolls, or traffic violations incurred during their rental period.</li><li>General office administration tasks such as scanning, printing, document storage, ordering supplies, and inventory management. </li><li>Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages to appropriate departments or individuals, and coordinate with courier and postal services. </li><li>Support the Tolls and Violations team and Supervisor with administrative tasks as assigned.</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>What We?re Looking For:</strong></div><ul><li>Post secondary business administration, logistics and customer care is an asset.</li><li>Previous call center experience is an asset.</li><li>High degree of organizational skill, problem-solving, and prioritizing ability. </li><li>Resourceful in researching information to assist with inquiries.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.</li><li>Ability to work with minimal supervision and within a team. </li><li>Excellent data entry skills and proficiency in using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and the ability to learn proprietary software.</li></ul><div><br></div><div>Wage: 23.19/hr.<br><br><strong>What You?ll Get:</strong></div><ul><li>Up to 40% off any standard Hertz Rental?.</li><li>Paid Time Off.</li><li>Medical, Dental & Vision plan options.</li><li>Retirement programs, including Pension Plan employer matching.</li><li>Employee Assistance Program for employees & family.</li><li>Educational Reimbursement & Discounts.</li><li>Perks & Discounts ?Theme Park Tickets, Gym Discounts & more.</li></ul><div><br></div><div>We use AI?enabled tools to screen and/or assess applications against job?related criteria (e.g., minimum qualifications and keywords).
