:*Job Title:* Renovation Helper / Demolition Crew (Trial to Full-Time Potential) *Company:* Home Best Solutions *Location:* Richmond Hill, ON *Pay:* $19?$25/hr depending on experience *Job Type:* Contract / Temporary (with potential for permanent hire) *About Us:* Home Best Solutions has been serving the GTA for over 20 years. We specialize in high-quality home renovations. We are looking for hardworking, reliable individuals to join our team, starting with a full home demolition project. *The Role:* We are starting a full home renovation and need strong, reliable helpers for the demolition phase. This is physically demanding work. *Successful candidates who demonstrate reliability, skill, and a good attitude during this phase may be offered a permanent position with our renovation crew.* *Responsibilities* * Demolish bathrooms (vanities, toilets, tubs) and kitchens (cabinets, countertops). * Removing floor tiles, hardwood, and underlayment. * Bag debris, haul waste to the disposal bin, and keep the job site organized. * Following strict safety protocols to protect yourself and the property. * Assisting lead contractors with other site prep tasks as needed. *Requirements* * *Experience:* Previous construction or demolition experience is preferred, but we will train hardworking individuals. * *Gear:* Must have your own steel-toed boots. * *Transportation:* Reliable transportation to the job site * *Physicality:* Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand/crouch for long periods. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour Ability to commute/relocate: * Aurora, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Experience: * Renovation: 1 year (required) Work Location: In person- Location Aurora, ON
