*Job Summary* Join our dynamic dental team as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA), where you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting the smooth operation of our practice. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your skills in a fast-paced, supportive setting. *Responsibilities* * Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures, including examinations, cleanings, restorations, and orthodontic treatments * Prepare treatment rooms with sterilized instruments and necessary supplies to ensure seamless patient care * Take dental radiographs (X-rays), ensuring accuracy and patient safety * Manage patient records accurately using dental software such as Cleardent, including charting and treatment documentation * Provide excellent patient care by explaining procedures, answering questions, and ensuring comfort throughout visits * Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and sterilization standards in compliance with OSHA regulations *Skills* * Knowledge of pediatric dentistry to comfortably support young patients during visits * Skilled in dental assisting techniques including taking impressions and handling dental equipment * Strong understanding of infection control practices and sterilization procedures * Excellent communication skills to serve as a friendly liaison between patients and the dental team This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to advance their career in dentistry while making a positive impact on patients? oral health.
