This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate food professional eager to make a significant impact in a dynamic hospitality setting. *Responsibilities* * Supervise all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation, ensuring consistency and quality. * Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and oversee food handling procedures to minimize waste and control costs. * Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff; conduct interviews and performance evaluations to build a strong team. * Ensure compliance with food safety standards, sanitation regulations, and proper food handling practices at all times. * Oversee cash handling procedures using Micros POS systems and ensure accurate transaction processing. * Coordinate with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery and uphold excellent customer service standards. * Monitor kitchen workflow to optimize efficiency, reduce wait times, and enhance overall guest satisfaction. *Qualifications* * Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced restaurant or food service environment. * Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety protocols. * Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and foster a collaborative work environment. * Previous restaurant management experience including overseeing kitchen operations and staff scheduling. * Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence. * Experience with food industry regulations, food handling certifications, and sanitation standards. * Additional experience in bartending, barista roles, hotel hospitality or serving can be advantageous.
