<p><strong>This is a fully remote position</strong>, open to candidates based in Canada.</p><p><strong>Pay:</strong> $40?$75/hr</p><p>Role Title: Training & Development Specialist</p><p>Role Type: Contractor</p><p>Location: Remote</p><p>the company is selecting Training & Development Specialists to contribute to a customer's dynamic project focused on learning program design and delivery. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required ? your domain knowledge is what matters.</p><p>Scope of Work</p><ol><li>Define clear and measurable learning objectives tailored to specific program audiences.</li><li>Design structured learning programs, including the full pathway from objectives to modules, activities, and assessments.</li><li>Create engaging educational content, such as instructional materials, presentations, and resources suitable for digital delivery.</li><li>Develop basic assessment tools (quizzes, rubrics) to effectively measure learner progress and achievement.</li><li>Collaborate and communicate with stakeholders in a remote environment, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Iterate on program design and materials based on feedback and evolving project requirements.</li><li>Document processes and best practices to support consistent quality and knowledge sharing.</li></ol><p>Preferred Qualifications</p><ol><li>Proven expertise in training, instructional design, adult learning, or a related field.</li><li>Strong capability in defining learning outcomes and mapping them to relevant activities and assessments.</li><li>Experience designing and developing educational content for diverse audiences, especially in remote or digital contexts.</li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively in a virtual setting.</li><li>Knowledge of assessment creation, including quizzes and rubrics, to evaluate learning impact.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deliverables and adapt to evolving project needs.</li><li>Detail-oriented and proactive, with a commitment to delivering high-quality, learner-centric solutions.</li></ol> <p><strong>How to apply</strong></p> <p>Apply here with your Indeed profile.
