In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required ? your domain knowledge is what matters.</p><p><strong>Scope of Work</strong></p><ol><li>Conduct qualitative and quantitative chemical analyses and experiments to support product development, quality control, or process optimization.</li><li>Design and interpret complex laboratory experiments involving chemical reactions, synthesis, and separation techniques.</li><li>Document laboratory methodologies, data, and findings clearly and accurately, ensuring reproducibility and scientific integrity.</li><li>Critically evaluate experimental outcomes to propose improvements or new investigative approaches.</li><li>Collaborate and communicate effectively in written and verbal formats with project stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations.</li><li>Translate intricate chemistry concepts and experimental results into clear, actionable information for non-specialist audiences.</li><li>Contribute domain-specific expertise to enhance the training datasets and reasoning capabilities of AI systems.</li></ol><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ol><li>Advanced degree (PhD preferred) in Chemistry or closely related field.</li><li>Extensive hands-on experience with wet lab techniques, experimental design, and instrumentation.</li><li>Deep understanding of chemical reactions, analytical chemistry, and laboratory best practices.</li><li>Demonstrated critical thinking skills and a record of innovative problem-solving in research or applied chemistry settings.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly.</li><li>Experience contributing to interdisciplinary projects or cross-functional collaborations.</li><li>Familiarity with quality control protocols, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines is a plus.</li></ol> <p><strong>How to apply</strong></p> <p>Apply here with your Indeed profile.
