You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our company.</p><p><b><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></b></p><ul><li>Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports</li><li>Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets</li><li>Perform audits, ensuring adherence to standard requirements</li><li>Create new processes to improve financial efficiency</li><li>Report analysis and findings to the management team</li></ul><p> <b><strong>Qualifications:</strong></b></p><ul><li>+5 years of experience as an Accountant</li><li>Accounting degree or business administration degree</li><li>Previous experience in accounting or other related fields</li><li>Fundamental knowledge of GAAP</li><li>Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools</li><li>Detail and deadline-oriented</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li></ul></div>\nCompany Description<div><p>Ermidio Alves is the president of Coldwell Banker Real Estate Management Leaders, the first Coldwell Banker brand of property management franchises in Canada.</p><p>Ermidio purchased his first condominium in 1975, opened his condominium management company in 1976 and obtained his realtor license in 1977.
