Our services include commercial janitorial cleaning and specialized commercial kitchen cleaning.</span><br/></p><div><br/></div><div><span>Crystal Clean Maintenance Ltd. is seeking a motivated, professional, and results-driven Sales Associate to develop new business opportunities throughout the Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM) and surrounding areas.</span><br/></div><p><span>The successful candidate will promote our commercial janitorial and kitchen cleaning services, generate new leads, build client relationships, prepare proposals, and contribute to the company's sales growth.</span><br/></p><h2><span><u>Key Responsibilities</u></span><br/></h2><ul><li><p style="margin-top:0px"><span>Identify and develop new business opportunities throughout HRM and surrounding areas.</span><br/></p></li><li><p style="margin-top:0px"><span>Promote commercial janitorial cleaning and kitchen cleaning services.</span><br/></p></li><li><p style="margin-top:0px"><span>Build relationships with businesses, property managers, facility managers, and other decision-makers.</span><br/></p></li><li><p style="margin-top:0px"><span>Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and in-person visits.</span><br/></p></li><li><p style="margin-top:0px"><span>Identify prospective customers and qualify sales opportunities.</span><br/></p></li><li><p style="margin-top:0px"><span>Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service agreements.</span><br/></p></li><li><p style="margin-top:0px"><span>Follow up with prospective clients, negotiate terms, and help close sales.</span><br/></p></li><li><p style="margin-top:0px"><span>Maintain accurate client information, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.</span><br/></p></li><li><p style="margin-top:0px"><span>Coordinate with operations teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to service delivery.</span><br/></p></li><li><p style="margin-top:0px"><span>Track sales opportunities and provide regular pipeline updates.</span><br/></p></li><li><p style="margin-top:0px"><span>Work toward achieving established sales targets.</span><br/></p></li></ul><div><br/></div></span><br/><span id="spanreq"><h3>Requirements</h3><h2><span><u>Qualifications</u></span><br/></h2><ul><li><p style="margin-top:0px"><span>Previous experience in sales, business development, B2B sales, commercial cleaning, or facility services is an asset.</span><br/></p></li><li><p style="margin-top:0px"><span>Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.</span><br/></p></li><li><p style="margin-top:0px"><span>Ability to generate leads and develop new business independently.</span><br/></p></li><li><p style="margin-top:0px"><span>Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.</span><br/></p></li><li><p style="margin-top:0px"><span>Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, and visiting commercial clients.</span><br/></p></li><li><p style="margin-top:0px"><span>Basic computer skills; CRM experience is an asset.</span><br/></p></li><li><p style="margin-top:0px"><span>Valid Class 5 driver's licence and reliable transportation required.</span><br/></p></li><li><p style="margin-top:0px"><span>Ability to travel throughout HRM and surrounding areas.</span><br/></p></li></ul><p style="margin-top:0px"><span></span><br/></p><h2><span><u>Territory</u></span><br/></h2><p><span>The primary territory includes Halifax, Dartmouth, Bedford, and surrounding communities within the Halifax Regional Municipality.</span><br/></p><p style="margin-top:0px"><span></span><br/></p><div><br/></div></span><br/><span id="spanben"><h3>Benefits</h3><ul><li><p style="margin-top:0px"><span>Competitive base salary plus commission.</span><br/></p></li><li><p s- Location Dartmouth, NS
