Work schedule may be changed to meet operational needs.LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS: French essential and spoken EnglishNOTE: Applicants must attach a resume to their application.JOB SUMMARY:The incumbent provides administrative support to the nursing unit.REQUIREMENTS:High school diploma plus an administrative support program of over one year and up to two years in length or the equivalent;Medical terminology training or completion of training within set deadlines (training available in iTacit);One (1) year of previous experience is required;Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and of other software programs currently used within the Network; Ability to work independently and as a team member; Physical ability to perform assigned duties; Good previous work history (performance and attendance); Adherence to professional ethics principles, to the Network management philosophy and organizational values; Compliance with the rules of confidentiality established by the Vitalité Health Network.The above requirements may be verified through oral, written or practical tests during the selection process.Should there be no fully qualified applicants, this position will not necessarily be reposted.
