*Foreign Automotive is hiring a Licensed Automotive Service Technician (310S) to join Kitchener-Waterloo?s premier European and exotic automotive service facility. Our work includes BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Audi, Ferrari, McLaren and Lamborghini, from scheduled maintenance and diagnostics to major repairs and performance projects.* We?re looking for a technician who takes pride in accurate diagnosis, quality repairs and productive use of shop time. European vehicle experience is preferred; experience with every brand we service is not required. WHAT WE OFFER * Hourly pay based on relevant experience and diagnostic ability. * Eligibility for our shop performance bonus program after 90 days. * Extended health and dental benefits after 90 days. * An air-conditioned, well-equipped shop with modern diagnostic equipment. * Ongoing training and opportunities to develop European and exotic vehicle expertise. * Opportunities to work on performance builds and ECU/TCU tuning projects. * On-site parking. THE ROLE * Diagnose mechanical, electrical and drivability concerns using test procedures, diagnostic equipment and service information. * Complete maintenance and repairs efficiently, with attention to workmanship and vehicle care. * Document inspection findings, diagnostic results and work performed clearly. * Communicate repair needs and progress with the Service Manager and Shop Foreman. * Verify repairs and road-test vehicles as required. * Support apprentices and maintain a clean, organized and safe work area. WHAT YOU BRING * A valid Ontario 310S Automotive Service Technician certificate. * Strong diagnostic skills and confidence using modern diagnostic software and equipment. * European vehicle repair experience is an asset. * A valid driver?s licence and clean driving record. * Reliability, attention to detail and the ability to work well with the team.
