<p></p><p></p><h3><strong>Voyago is hiring a Full Time Charter Specialist in Kitchener-Waterloo!</strong></h3><p>As the first point of contact for many clients, you will provide exceptional customer service while gathering trip details, preparing quotes, confirming bookings, and ensuring all logistics are accurately communicated and executed. You'll also assist with generating reports, tracking charter activity, and collaborating with the Business Development and Marketing teams to promote services and develop innovative solutions for client inquiries. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about delivering seamless experiences to clients from initial inquiry to trip completion.</p><p></p><h3><strong>Your role:</strong></h3><ul><li>Manage and coordinate all incoming charter requests, ensuring accurate scheduling, routing, and</li><li>documentation</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and timely</li><li>updates</li><li>Prepare and submit bids for new charter opportunities, ensuring competitive pricing and compliance with</li><li>company policies</li><li>Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure resources, drivers, and vehicles are allocated efficiently</li><li>Maintain accurate records of bookings, contracts, client communications, and billing information</li><li>Coordinate with drivers and internal teams to address special requests, schedule changes, and</li><li>operational issues</li><li>Contribute to special projects and initiatives aimed at improving charter services and customer</li><li>satisfaction</li><li>Ensure all charter operations comply with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company</li><li>policies</li><li>Act as a backup for operational tasks, including assisting with day-of charter coordination and problem</li><li>resolution</li><li>Attend industry and community events to increase brand visibility and generate new business</li><li>opportunities.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><h3><strong>Your profile:</strong></h3><ul><li>You deliver outstanding customer service and bring a warm, professional presence to every interaction </li><li>You're both polished and personable, able to engage with clients and colleagues alike</li><li>You?re highly organized and able to manage a steady flow of phone inquiries and email correspondence with ease </li><li>You can provide a clear criminal record check </li><li>You stay up to date with local events and community happenings across Kitchener-Waterloo and the surrounding areas </li><li>You excel at managing your time and workload, even in high-pressure situations </li><li>Your communication skills are strong, clear, and professional </li><li>You have solid computer proficiency, including intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel</li><li>An understanding of how a transportation company operates is a strong asset </li><li>You?re familiar with Kitchener waterloo and surrounding area </li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Your Schedule:</strong></p><ul><li>Applicants must be available to work <strong>Monday to Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM</strong></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Hourly Rate:</strong></p><ul><li>The rate for this position is <strong>$21.00 per hour</strong> with benefits after 3 months</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Your Location:</strong></p><ul><li>This position is located at <strong>599 Wabanaki Drive</strong>.
