A successful candidate is required to work as per the company values: Caring, integrity, excellence, team spirit and financial responsibility.Responsibilities:Process accounts payable invoices, including employee expense coding and month-end accrualsManage customer billing and deposits Assist with month-end journal entries, including event accruals, deferred revenue, revenue allocations, and inventory adjustmentsComplete monthly balance sheet reconciliations for AR, deposits, and inventory each month Assist with pro shop and beverage inventory monthly spot checkRun operational reports from Club Prophet, Silverware, Tripleseat, and Sage for the General ManagersAssist the General Managers with monthly forecasts and annual budgetsSupport with cash float validation, promo, voids, and ad hoc requests, and other duties as assignedAssist department with payroll using DayforcePerform other duties as assignedRequirements:Basic understanding of accounting principles1?3 years of relevant, hands-on accounting or bookkeeping experienceProficiency in computers, bookkeeping software, and MS ExcelWhy Silvertip Resort:Our people experience working at a world-class Golf resort.We care about our team's success.Discounted: Golf Privileges, Staff Meals, Restaurant Meals, Golf Shop purchasesWe offer a diverse and engaging work environment.Extended Medical, Group Life Insurance, RRSP Matching (conditions apply)Stone Creek Resorts Inc. is committed to supporting a diverse workforce from various communities within which we operate.
