*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role requires a passion for food, excellent food handling skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. The Line Cook will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests through efficient meal preparation and presentation. *Duties* * Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards * Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and assembling dishes * Cook meals with attention to presentation, taste, and consistency * Ensure all food handling practices comply with safety regulations and hygiene standards * Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts * Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours * Follow all food safety protocols and proper storage procedures for ingredients and leftovers * Support the overall efficiency of the kitchen by assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed *Requirements* * Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service within a restaurant or food industry setting * Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling techniques * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail * Strong understanding of meal preparation, serving procedures, and kitchen operations * Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with staff members * Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred * Ability to work effectively as a part of a team while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism during all shifts *Schedule & Hours* * Full-time: 40 hours per week. * Part-time: 20 - 24 hours per week.
