*Job Responsibilities:* * Coordinate subcontractors activities * Plan and organize daily operations * Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates * Hire and supervise activities of subcontractors * Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress * Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements * Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control * Plan and manage budgets * Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions * Develop and implement quality control programs * Develop risk management plans *Qualifications:* * Minimum of 10+ years of work experience in Project Management (preferred) * Experience supporting commercial HVAC, BAS, energy management, and preventative maintenance projects from planning through completion. * Skilled in reviewing technical drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project documentation. * Experience supporting estimating, bidding, proposals, scheduling, and project coordination. * Knowledge of commercial building systems, HVAC service, maintenance, and construction coordination. * Proficient in SAGE 300 CRE, TechTool, Fleet Complete Hub, Google Drive, and Excel for project tracking, documentation, invoicing, and reporting (an asset) * Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills with experience coordinating technicians, clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams. * Valid driver's licence (mandatory) *Other Information*: * Salary Range: $40.00 ? $55.00 per hour (based on work experience) * This is an open position and we are currently accepting applications. * We do not use AI to screen, assess, or select applicants.
