The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare and beauty treatments, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and enhancing the client experience. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for delivering a variety of services, including facials, laser hair removal, and laser acne treatment , while also suggesting skincare products and to clients. *Responsibilities* * Perform professional skincare treatments, including facials, and other laser services. * Consult clients on treatment plans and skincare enhancements as requested by clients. * Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare routines and product benefits. * Build strong relationships with clients through excellent hospitality and communication skills. * Suggest additional skincare services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and boost retention. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and workstations. * Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to provide the best service possible. * Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the workplace. *Requirements* * Must have minimum Grade 12 *REQUIRED* * Fluent in English *REQUIRED* * Minimum 1 year of Canadian experience *REQUIRED* * Valid esthetician license or certification *REQUIRED*. * Proven experience in sales or retail within the beauty industry is preferred. * Proficiency in various esthetic treatments such as laser treatment, facials, and microneedling. * Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with clients effectively. * A passion for skincare and beauty with a commitment to continuous learning. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. * Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. * Able to work independently with minimum support. *Employee Benefits:* * Earn unlimited in combination of commission and regular wages * In-house training provided * Personal discounts and referral bonuses uncapped * Professional training available at employer expense * Flexible working hours * Paid Vacation * Employee Group Benefits (Dental, Vision etc.) * Performance & Retention Bonus * Opportunity to become a Clinic Manager Join our dynamic team where your skills can shine, and help us create an unforgettable experience for our clients!
