We are an effective and supportive work community where we leverage team success into customer satisfaction. *What We Can Offer You* * Straight shifts to support production 7am-3:30pm M-F or Monday-Thursday 3:45pm-2:15am * Profit Sharing * Benefits * Registered Pension Plan *Responsibilities* * Ensure that dies are production ready when needed * Ensure all maintenance, rebuilds and new builds are completed on time * Follow list of prioritized tooling activities including preventative maintenance, engineering changes, new die builds and continuous improvements * Work safely following legislation and Trillium Metal Stampings safety rules and procedures * Troubleshoot and repair of problematic dies promptly to ensure minimal downtime * Inspect and approve outsourced tooling builds, ensuring that Trillium die specifications are adhered to * Assist maintenance personnel as needed to support emergency breakdowns * Follow all lockout/tagout procedures * Ensure work areas are left in good condition Job Types: Permanent, Full-time Pay: $35.00-$37.00 per hour Benefits: * Company events * Company pension * Dental care * Disability insurance * Extended health care * Life insurance * Profit sharing * Tuition reimbursement * Vision care Work Location: In person- Location Kitchener, ON
