Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work site environment: Fruit and vegetable combination farming. Other vegetables and melon farming (except potato). At heights. Wet/damp. Hot. Work setting: Rural area. Tasks: Apply fertilizers. Clean the crops. Grade vegetables and fruits into different grades according to the size, shape, colour and volume to fetch high price in market.. Greenhouse cleaning. Hand harvesting vegetables. Level earth to fine grade specifications. Mixing fertilizer. Plant, cultivate and irrigate crops. Remove manually all suckers and water sprouts. Sort fruits and vegetables. Tie and secure plants. Weeding. Clean work area. Fertilize and spray crops. Harvest crops. Detect disease and health problems in crops, livestock and poultry. Examine product for quality and its readiness for the market. Transplant seedlings or rooted cuttings. Report signs of insect or disease damage. Pot and re-pot plants. Plant bulbs and seeds.
