Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. or equivalent experience. Work site environment: Other miscellaneous crop farming. Dusty. Hot. Noisy. Odours. Outdoors. Potato and vegetable. Tasks: Cut agricultural crops. Harvest seedlings. Organize tasks to accomplish the work. Seed cutting. Train seed cutting techniques to farm labourers . Provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying or harvesting. Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers. Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed. Maintain quality control and production records. Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations. Maintain work records and logs. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment. Perform general farm duties. Monitor environment and maintain optimum conditions. Establish work schedules and procedures. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : First Aid Certificate. Area of specialization: Agricultural crop service. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Tight deadlines.
