Cart and spread topsoil and other materials. Lay sod or seed. Plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs and trees. Apply fertilizers. Write daily basic progress reports. Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment. Apply fertilizers, fungicides, herbicides, pesticides and other lawn care products. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Provincial licence/certification to apply chemical fertilizers, fungicides, herbicides and pesticides. Equipment and machinery experience: Pick-up truck. Tractor mower. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Driver's validity licence check. Driving record check (abstract). Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Combination of sitting, standing, walking.
