- If your job is regulated
- Who is the regulatory body
- The time and cost to get your credentials recognized
- If there are available jobs in your field or related jobs
- What is the pay, and more
Be instantly matched to jobs
Let job opportunities come to you by signing up for Job Match and being automatically matched to job postings advertised on Job Bank. Employers will be able to view your profile and invite you to apply. You also have the option to self-identify as a newcomer to Canada when filling out your profile.
Find jobs that interest you
Look for jobs targeted to newcomers. You can apply the "Newcomers to Canada" filter located on the left-hand side of the job search results page, under "Employment groups".
Receive alerts for new jobs
Subscribe to Job Alerts and receive email notifications of new job postings that are targeted to newcomers. You can create an alert for these types of jobs by applying the filter "Newcomers to Canada" and clicking on the "Create an alert with this search" button.
