Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Work setting: On-site customer service. Automotive service station. Tasks: Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.). Order merchandise. Authorize return of merchandise. Establish work schedules. Sell merchandise. Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages. Organize and maintain inventory. Manage cash. Conduct performance reviews. Supervise office and volunteer staff. Professionalism in customer service. Supervision: Automotive technicians/motor vehicle mechanics. Type of product: Automotive parts and accessories. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Handling heavy loads. Attention to detail.
