Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food. Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures. Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation . Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage. Prepare and submit reports. Process credit cards, vouchers and other payments. Plan and prepare work schedules. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Suggestive selling. Maintain clean and safe work environment. Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. Perform same duties as workers supervised. Ensure hygiene and sanitation practices conform to policies and regulations.
