Job details
Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food. Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures. Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage. Record and balance daily transactions. Provide staff training. Keep records of the quantities of food used. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Manage staff and assign duties. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure.
