Education: Other trades certificate or diploma. Tasks: Read blueprints to determine work requirements . Test and observe electrical and mechanical conditions of equipment. Troubleshoot and repair electric motors, transformers, switchgear, generators and other electro-mechanical equipment. Perform on-site servicing and repair. Test repaired motors, transformers, switchgear or other electrical apparatus to ensure proper performance. Perform preventive maintenance. Prepare reports. Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years.
