Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work site environment: Air conditioned. Hot. Outdoors. Wet/damp. Work setting: Relocation costs covered by employer. Tasks: Assist clients/guests with special needs. Be the point of contact when in need to handle emergency situations. Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments. Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery. Prepare and submit progress and other reports. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers. Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. Supervise office and volunteer staff. Establish work schedules and procedures. Supervision: 16-20 people. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Provincial/Territorial Security Officer Certificate. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Fast-paced environment. Standing for extended periods. Work under pressure. Personal suitability: Client focus.
