Job details
Education: College/CEGEP. Autobody/collision and repair technology/technician. Asset languages: Portuguese. Tasks: Clean and maintain work space. Replace front end components, body components, doors and frame and underbody components. File, grind and sand body surfaces to be repaired. Hammer out dents, buckles and defects using blocks and hammers. Remove damaged fenders, panels and grills and bolt or weld replacement parts into place. Repair or replace interior components. Straighten bent frames using frame and underbody pulling and anchoring equipment. Operate machining tools to fabricate parts. Area of work experience: Body components. Area of specialization: Auto body painting. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Attention to detail. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Own tools/equipment: Tools.
