We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to clients, helping them to achieve their goals and improve their overall performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a team player. This position requires effective communication skills, both in English and potentially other languages, to cater to a diverse clientele.
*Responsibilities*
* Process insurance claims and verify coverage for patients.
* Ensure accuracy in billing and follow-up on claims with insurance providers.
* Administer basic pre-test procedures, such as documenting patient history, using Optical pre-test machines (auto refractor, Tonometry, Optical coherence Tomography, Visual field)
* Assist the optometrist or ophthalmologist with gathering patient data for further evaluation.
* Guide patients in selecting frames based on their preferences, needs, and budget.
* Assist in explaining frame options and lens types to ensure patients make informed decisions.
* Ensure frames are properly fitted and adjusted for comfort and style.
* Schedule patient appointments and maintain accurate records.
* Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
* Handle various office tasks, including filing, managing inventory, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.
