*QUALIFICATIONS *
* Proper and full certification in Esthetics from a recognized training facility.
* Three years? minimum active industry experience in Esthetics
* Demonstrable ability to be an analytical person, a collaborator, to take initiative and be initiative-taking.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Experience as an instructor an asset
*ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES *
Adhere to and motivate students with the concept and values of the mission statement:

* Instruct in all subjects as per the curriculum outline and our school requirements.
* Coach and mentor salon simulation skills, self-marketing skills, sales and promotional techniques, and methods to build and retain a clientele for each graduating student.
