Study, identify and classify plant specimens. Write articles meant for the general public about wellness issues. Provide advice to senior managers and officials. Provide consulting services to government and other organizations. Conduct literature reviews. Supervision: 1 to 2 people. Resource usage and environmental studies: Environmental assessment and monitoring. Site remediation. Area of work experience: Mineral resources and/or mining. Environmental consulting company. Industrial research and development. Specialization or experience: Specialized environmental skills and knowledge. Mining design specialization: Waste and tailings disposal. Land reclamation. Transportation/travel information: Willing to travel. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Work under pressure. Tight deadlines. Fast-paced environment. Large workload. Overtime required. Personal suitability: Excellent written communication. Team player. Accurate. Excellent oral communication. Time management.
