*About the Opportunity:*
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. They coordinate with stakeholders, ensure projects adhere to safety regulations and timelines, and maintain quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
*Job Summary & Key Responsibilities:*
? Oversee all stages of construction projects, from planning and permitting through to execution and final inspection, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints
? Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain clear communication, set realistic expectations, and ensure seamless project delivery
? Manage scheduling, documentation, budgeting, and on-site supervision, optimizing resource allocation and ensuring strict adherence to project timelines
? Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and craftsmanship by conducting regular site inspections and enforcing best practices
? Proactively identify and address project issues, adapting to changes and keeping progress on track
? Guide and support team members, fostering a collaborative, accountable, and high-performance work environment
*Qualifications & Requirements:*
? Excellent verbal and written communication
? 5+ years experience in construction project management with comprehensive knowledge of building science, general contracting, codes, and construction best practices
? Preference will be given to applicants with an education in construction project management or engineering
? Highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident
? Demonstrates critical thinking and problem-solving
? Team-oriented mindset
? Calm, composed and works well under pressure

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
