*Position Overview:* We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Part-Time Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle invoicing, account management, filing, and other related duties as required. This role requires a strong background in accounting and proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel. A construction background is a significant asset.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Process and manage invoices accurately and timely.
* Maintain and update customer accounts.
* Assist in managing accounts receivable and collections.
* Perform regular filing and document management.
* Support the Accounts Receivable Manager with various tasks as needed.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations.
*Qualifications:*
* Proven experience in accounting, particularly in accounts receivable.
* Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Construction industry experience is a plus.
* Must be available to commute to our Alliston office.
