Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work site environment: Fruit and vegetable combination farming. Outdoors. Wet/damp. Odours. Dusty. Hot. Noisy. Tasks: Apply the technique of hoeing between the row. Clean the crops. Clear and collect brush and debris from fields, pens and other work areas. Cut agricultural crops. Divide fresh harvested produce into marketable lots and non-marketable lots. Grade vegetables and fruits into different grades according to the size, shape, colour and volume to fetch high price in market.. Guide growing shoots into optimal development positions. Hand harvesting vegetables. Pack fruits and vegetables. Pick row and orchard crops. Plant, cultivate and irrigate crops. Shear and shape trees and plants with knife. Sort fruits and vegetables. Tie and secure plants. Train trees to produce more fruit of higher quality. Weeding. Clean work area. Harvest crops. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment. Cut horticultural crops.
